FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Is it more expensive to build green?
In the short term the work can take longer and the materials may cost slightly more, but you will make long term savings through increased insulation which will reduce your energy bills, not to mention the materials we use are built to last, for example, UPVC can degrade in 15 years, whereas chestnut timber can last for 70-80 years.
Do we have to completely redesign my home?
Not at all, we work with many customers who have older properties. We don‘t have to start from the ground up and redesign your home, what we can do is identify areas for improvement and help your home to become more heat and energy efficient.
